Program Supervisor / Therapist

The Program Supervisor is a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) responsible for delivering a full range of clinical services to children and adolescents in their assigned cottage. They provide individual, group, and family therapy, and create treatment plans with clients and their guardians.

Requirements

• Provide direct clinical services to clients and their families
• Create effective teams and provide ongoing training and consultation to treatment teams
• Communicate with Clinical Director and operations supervisor
• Collaborate with treatment team members to help clients reach identified objectives
