Otovo is seeking a skilled Administration Specialist – Category Protected (L.68/99) to join the Operations team in Milan, Lombardia. This role involves supporting administrative and accounting processes, collaborating with the Finance center, and ensuring operational efficiency. The position is located in a hybrid environment, promoting inclusion and equal opportunities.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in economic, legal or administrative disciplines
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language and English
- Good knowledge of Office/Google package (Excel/Sheet)
- Previous knowledge of accounting and payment tools
- Experience in administrative or back-office roles
- Interest in the renewable energy sector and Otovo's mission
