General Accounting Coordinator

Staff International is seeking a General Accounting Coordinator to manage and maintain the company’s accounting processes. The role focuses on ensuring accurate financial management within the area of general accounting, coordinating activities with the Shared Service Center, and collaborating with the Italian fiscal authorities. They are looking for a leader within the Finance area and reporting directly to the Administrative Manager.

Requirements

• Guarantee the correct maintenance of accounting entries, both monthly and annual balances, following IFRS/IAS standards for consolidated group financial statements.
• Monitor economic, patrimonial and joint closing/correction of operations.
• Support the operations of Italian and French-held subsidiaries.
• Collaborate on the preparation of Italian and French annual financial statements.
• Support the Responsible Administrator in tax procedures.
• Monitor payment flows.
• Prepare financial forecasts for short and medium-term.
• Support the audit company's activities.
