Requirements

• 10+ years of HCM implementation experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a Solution Architect role
• Significant focus in Oracle Cloud HCM solutions (Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management)
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent
• Experience crafting strategic solutions
