Job Description
Oracle's North America Applications Consulting team is seeking a Solution Architect to build and deliver cloud solutions for North American clients, leveraging Oracle's innovative technology. This role focuses on sales, delivery, client relationships, and long-term enablement. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned architect with experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and a commitment to customer success.
Requirements
- 10+ years of HCM implementation experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a Solution Architect role
- Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM solutions (Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management)
- Certification in HCM implementations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel
- Experience with consulting projects
