We are looking for an experienced Oracle HRMS Payroll Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS HRMS and Payroll modules.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as an Oracle HRMS Payroll Functional Consultant.
- Mandatory experience in minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle HRMS Payroll implementations.
- Strong understanding of Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OAB, Time & Labor, and India/US/UK payroll statutory setups (as applicable).
- Expertise in Fast Formulas, Payroll Run processes, Costing, Balances, Retro-Pay, Retro-Notifications, and Element configurations.
- Ability to work on functional documentation (MD50, BP80, BR100).
- Good knowledge of integrations with financials and third-party HR/payroll systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex payroll issues.
