Oracle HRMS Payroll Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HRMS Payroll Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS HRMS and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate should have delivered at least two full-cycle implementations and possess a solid understanding of end-to-end HR and payroll processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as an Oracle HRMS Payroll Functional Consultant
• Mandatory experience in minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle HRMS Payroll implementations
• Strong understanding of Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OAB, Time & Labor, and India/US/UK payroll statutory setups
• Expertise in Fast Formulas, Payroll Run processes, Costing, Balances, Retro-Pay, Retro-Notifications, and Element configurations
• Ability to work on functional documentation (MD50, BP80, BR100)
• Good knowledge of integrations with financials and third-party HR/payroll systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex payroll issues
