Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will manage a variety of projects, including integrations, process improvement initiatives, technology projects, and other efforts aligned with key strategic goals. The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience leading complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years in project management, business transformation, or mergers/acquisition
• Experience leading projects of all different sizes and levels of complexity
• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams to arrive at solutions to complex problems
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity; leading and influencing in such environments to bring about clarity and transparency
• Can apply structure to an unstructured environment
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills
• Strategic thinking as well as tactical execution
• Ability to present findings to key stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and Project Professional
