Openly is rebuilding insurance from the ground up, and we're looking for a Territory Manager to drive profitable growth and best-in-class agent experiences. The role sits at the heart of the Openly distribution engine, partnering across Sales, Marketing, Agency Onboarding, Underwriting, and Product to accelerate adoption, increase production, and ensure long-term retention.
Requirements
- 3+ years of successful sales performance with a track record of driving measurable results
- 2+ years working for an insurance carrier or in the agency channel
- Property & Casualty License preferred (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Strong existing network within the territory preferred
- Ability to travel in assigned territory up to 80% depending on business needs
- Proven consultative, relationship-driven, and value-based selling approach
- Ability to understand product knowledge quickly and simplify complex concepts for agency partners
- High integrity, customer-centric mindset, and ability to trust rapidly
- Proficiency with Microsoft and Google products along with experience working with a CRM
