The Strategic Partnerships Lead, Japan will manage OpenAI's biggest and most strategic partners in Japan, developing and executing a comprehensive partnerships strategy to drive major impact.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in partner management, general manager, channel partnerships or business development within the technology industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing complex strategic partnerships
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
• Fluent English and Japanese
