Job Description
OpenAI is seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations business partner to support their Startups segment. The role will guide the GTM strategy, drive data-driven insights, and lead projects to accelerate growth within the startup ecosystem. The position is based in San Francisco and offers a hybrid work model.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in revenue operations or strategy at a high-growth tech company
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel)
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail
- Experience building territories, comp plans, and setting quotas for GTM teams
- Exceptional project management skills, with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
- Understanding of the AI landscape and applications
- High horsepower, ability to work autonomously
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work independently
