This role blends technical depth, program management, customer advisory, and product influence, and requires 8+ years of experience in technical customer facing roles and deep knowledge of OpenAI product capabilities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical customer facing roles
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of OpenAI product capabilities, APIs, SDKs, connectors, and common integration patterns
- Practical experience with authentication and enterprise security concepts
- Understanding and familiarity with coding languages like Python or JavaScript
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language
- Strong project and program management instincts
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
