Job Description
We are looking for a Pastry Sous Chef to lead and inspire the pastry team at The Lighterman, a landmark venue in King's Cross, London. The successful candidate will have proven experience in a senior pastry position, strong technical ability, and a creative mindset.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior pastry position within a high-volume, quality-led kitchen.
- Strong technical ability and a genuine passion for flavour, texture, and presentation.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of how to balance design and delivery with cost control.
- Leadership skills: the ability to motivate, train, and support junior chefs.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills under pressure.
