Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer seeking a Talent Acquisition & Branding Intern to join their HR Team in Madrid. The selected candidate will be responsible for owning talent processes, improving and carrying them out responding to the company need.
Requirements
- Analyze hiring needs and selection criteria with the hiring managers for different positions
- Screening CVs, interview candidates and identify competencies needed for specific positions or teams
- Plan sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines to fill future roles
- Carry out the onboarding process for the new hires to adapt quickly and effectively
- Taking part in projects related to employee experience and employer branding, diversity & inclusion
- Proposing and carry out employer branding strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent
- Creating and executing campaigns across various channels
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as HR, marketing, and leadership, to ensure communication internally
