Job Description
We are looking for an Asset Management based in Sevilla or Madrid to give support to our projects. The role involves monitoring project construction and operational performance, ensuring compliance with financing contracts, and preparing financial reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance
- Based in Sevilla or Madrid.
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience in similar roles.
- Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is required.
- Basic tax knowledge of VAT taxes, income taxes and withholding taxes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven analytical and mathematical capabilities.
- Critical thinking and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn about an exciting and fast-growing industry.
- High degree of attention to detail.
