Job Description
Onsemi is seeking a Process Integration Engineer to lead SiC JFET process integration. This role involves designing, executing, and analyzing experiments to improve performance and yield for new SiC JFET technology. The engineer will manage process design, run plans, and collaborate with process engineering teams, as well as maintain sustainability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years or master’s degree with 8+ years of experience in process integration and/or device engineering
- 5+ years of experience in SiC front-end integration for technology development or manufacturing
- Ability to manage technology development planning and project schedules effectively
- Deep understanding of semiconductor device physics and microelectronics
- Sound understanding in manufacturing equipment and fab process/process optimization
- In-depth knowledge in statistical methods for experimental design and data analysis
- Knowledge of failure analysis techniques
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
