Principal Product engineer for SiC CJFET

Principal Product Engineer for SiC CJFET leading high power product development and package development projects, working closely with design, test, and device engineers in a team environment.

Requirements

• Lead High Power SiC JFET New Product Development and Package Development (NPD) projects
• Facilitate and coordinate design, process, assembly, test and releasing of the product to market
• Work closely with design, test, device engineers in varied locations in a team environment
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders for effective problem solving and completion of product development in a timely manner
• Provide and coordinate technical support for the product line
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams, establish relationships with key contacts in wafer fabs and assembly site for effective project coordination and execution
• Generate and maintain project documents such as product data sheets, test specifications, Engineering build requests, reliability test allocation, test related reports, project documents and support for other manufacturing related documentations
• Agile management for Project documentation
• Project Management of time and cost sensitive projects as well as special projects
• Collaboration and coordination of global functional teams
• Prepare and present status updates, gate reviews of critical projects to the Project Review Board
