We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee accounting operations and drive financial excellence for a SaaS company. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in US-based companies, financial management skills, and a background in top-tier public accounting firms. This role requires strategic thinking and the ability to maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Manage and oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including general ledger, A/P, A/R, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing forecasting updates.
• Prepare and coordinate audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
