Controller from Mexico / LatAm

This is a full-time, remote position seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller for a SaaS company. The role focuses on financial management, budgeting, audit coordination, and team leadership within a US-based context. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in accounting and financial management and has a background in top-tier public accounting firms.

Requirements

• Manage and oversee all aspects of accounting operations (general ledger, A/P, A/R, payroll, financial reporting).
• Develop and implement internal financial controls.
• Prepare and coordinate audits and tax filings.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team.
• Analyze financial performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
