Job Description
OnLogic is seeking a strategic Account Manager - DACH to drive exponential revenue growth for strategic market entry initiatives. This role involves acquiring, developing, and closing deals with high-net-worth clients, managing complex contracts, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will be a skilled problem solver, motivator, and effective communicator.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in advisory sales
- Experience selling complex solutions to business customers
- Experience in building long-term relationships with direct and OEM customers
- Entrepreneurial mindset and drive
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in German and English
