Job Description
One Acre Fund is seeking a Senior Leadership role for its Impact division in Burundi. The role focuses on developing and implementing an impact strategy to increase farm productivity by $160+ per farmer in Muramvya, Gitega, Kayanza, Mwaro, Ngozi, Muyinga, and Ruyigi, through project development, strategic partnerships, and program sustainability. The role requires leading and empowering an impact team, managing performance, and aligning impact goals with broader organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in agricultural innovation, extension, research, marketing, product development, consulting or MEL
- Experience in the agriculture sector or statistics applied to monitoring and evaluation
- Experience managing large teams (5-10+ team members)
- English required, French and Kirundi preferred
- Masters degree in a related field
