Job Description
One Acre Fund is seeking a Country Director to lead their Burundi program, growing from 490k to 1 million+ farmers. The role focuses on improving the lives of smallholder farmers in Burundi by investing in high-quality farm supplies, credit, training, and supporting the program's sustainability. Responsibilities include strategy development, team management, donor relations, and stakeholder engagement.

- Advanced proficiency in English, intermediate proficiency in French
