HR Operations Lead

We're Ondo Finance, a blockchain-enabled investment products and services company looking for an HR Operations Lead to own and scale our core People infrastructure. The role involves designing, executing, and continuously improving our HR systems, compensation operations, compliance frameworks, and employee lifecycle processes.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 or more years of HR Operations or People Operations experience
• Experience owning HRIS platforms and compensation administration processes
• Strong understanding of employment law fundamentals and regulatory compliance
• Experience supporting performance review and compensation planning cycles
• Demonstrated systems thinking and process design capability
• High attention to detail and strong judgment when handling sensitive information
• Experience operating in high-growth, fast-moving environments
