The HR Operations Lead manages global HR operations, including onboarding, off-boarding, and contract changes, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and stability across the organization.

Requirements

• Own global HR operations for contractors and employees
• Ensure consistent onboarding, off-boarding, and status changes
• Ensure HRIS data accuracy and conduct regular audits
• Coordinate HR compliance activities and prepare data for audits
• Validate HR data for contracts, amendments, and terminations before Legal
• Own governance of payroll and contractor payment HR inputs
• Design, document, and control HR operational processes
• Act as primary escalation point for operational and compliance issues
