Member Engagement & Communications Associate

The American Association of Veterinary State Boards (AAVSB) is seeking a Member Engagement & Communications Associate to support programs, services, and engagement efforts that strengthen relationships with Member Boards. The role involves assisting with meeting and event logistics, managing member communication, tracking participation, and providing administrative support.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 1–2 years of administrative, events, or communications experience
• Experience working with CRM systems, membership databases, or event platforms is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools like Zoom or webinar platforms
