Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will work within Omexom's GGP Business Unit and report to the Commercial Manager. The role involves working with Project Managers, Site Managers, and Project Site teams to deliver projects, as well as interfacing with other aspects of the Omexom business.

Requirements

• Minimum 2:1 BSc (HONS) Degree in Quantity Surveying or other relevant course
• Familiarity with NEC forms of contract and knowledge and understanding of Construction Law
• 3+ years' experience of commercial management and procurement of subcontractors
• Excellent written and verbal communication, numeric and computer literacy skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in a team and delegate, but also able to work on own initiative
