Job Description
To provide commercial and contractual support across all stages of OHL projects, ensuring robust cost management, accurate forecasting, and effective administration of NEC contracts.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Power Transmission, Utilities, or Civil Engineering sectors.
- Good understanding of NEC3/NEC4 contract forms, particularly Options A and C.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Competent in cost forecasting, CVR reporting, and change management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and cost management software.
- Full UK driving licence.
