Director of Strategic Accounts

We are looking for a Director of Strategic Accounts to protect and grow our most valuable asset: our enterprise customers. You will be directly responsible for navigating the complexities of enterprise renewals, defending Ometria’s position in key processes including RFPs, and ensuring the long-term success and retention of our most strategic clients.

Requirements

• Lead the end-to-end commercial strategy for all renewals in your portfolio
• Orchestrate and lead a cross-functional internal team
• Act as the lead negotiator on all commercial, legal, and procurement discussions
• Develop and maintain deep expertise in our clients' businesses, the competitive landscape, and the broader retail market
• Leverage your existing network within the retail industry to generate insights and strengthen Ometria's position in key accounts
