OKX is seeking an HR Business Partner Director to guide leaders and employees regarding company policies, values, and HR programs, and to develop programs to enhance the employee experience. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience working as an HRBP in the internet/hi-tech/financial services industry, with a strong background in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, and employee relations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and above
- 10+ years of experience working as an HRBP, ideally in product and engineering, in the internet/hi-tech/financial services industry
- Varied HR experience, including knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, employee engagement, and employee development
