Job Description
Okta is The World’s Identity Company, and we're hiring a Solutions Engineer - Presales to join our Global Innovation Center SE team in Bengaluru, India. The role involves supporting customers along their sales journey, selling Okta technology, and maintaining a broad technical understanding of the product line.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IAM or a related SaaS field as a pre-sales engineer
- Expertise in IAM, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, passwordless authentication, universal directory, privileged access, and device access
- Experience working with REST APIs and SDKs
- Ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions
- Experience in a customer-facing role such as consulting, customer support, or pre-sales
- Strong empathy, listening skills, and time management skills
