Solutions Engineer

Okta is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join their Global Innovation Center Presales team in Bengaluru, India. The successful candidate will support customers along their sales journey, sell Okta technology to IT managers and developers, and execute Proof of Concepts.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in IAM or a related SaaS field as a pre-sales engineer
• Expertise or hands-on experience in IAM, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, passwordless authentication, universal directory, privileged access, and device access
• Experience working with REST APIs and SDKs
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions, incorporating white-boarding, practical examples, and product demonstrations
• Experience in a customer-facing role such as consulting, customer support, or pre-sales
• Strong empathy, listening skills and time management skills
