Job Description
We are seeking a Teacher (Science) to join our team at the Indian River Juvenile Correctional Facility. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for providing educational instruction to youth in a correctional facility setting. Requirements
- Assess educational needs of youth and develop individualized lesson plans
- Provide instruction and individual assistance to students
- Counsel students concerning their performance, behavior, and personal problems
- Organize and/or monitor extracurricular activities if assigned
