Transport Lead

Ofload is a FreightTech company that's transforming the freight industry by connecting blue-chip customers with smaller, highly efficient transport operators. We're looking for a Transport Lead to drive profitable growth by building and optimising our carrier network.

Requirements

• Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of middle-mile and last mile logistics, particularly for FMCG customers.
• Negotiation & Relationship Management: Proven ability to negotiate and build long-term, mutually beneficial supplier relationships.
• Communication & Collaboration: Effective communicator with a talent for facilitating cross-team collaboration and ensuring clear information flow.
• Analytical & Commercial Acumen: Numerically strong, capable of interpreting models and data to inform business decisions.
• Adaptability: Demonstrates openness to change by adjusting effectively to new conditions, challenges, or priorities.
