Job Description
Established in 1981, Orient Express Container (OEC) Group is one of the top freight forwarders in the transportation industry. We provide freight transportation, logistics, and information services to over 50,000 customers through a network of global offices. As a Senior Sales Account Executive, you will execute full sales lifecycle processes to identify the needs of prospective clients and perform as a trusted advisor for their freight forwarding needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience directly selling Ocean and/or Air services within a freight forwarder required.
- Previous experience using the ERP system, CargoWise One, is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and with limited supervision.
- Solid understanding of local territory and market opportunities.
- High emotional intelligence, personal integrity, and hunter mentality.
- Ability to travel (locally) to meet with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
