Rooms Controller - Seasonal

The Rooms Controller is responsible for managing hotel inventory and maintaining efficient front office operations, including customer service, reporting, and training.

Requirements

• Complies with all New Jersey/CCC regulatory requirements
• Adheres to established company and departmental procedures
• Facilitates communications between hotel departments and the Front Desk
• Assists with checking rooms and verifying reservation status
• Generates, verifies, and distributes hotel reports
• Balances guest folios and ensures valid payment methods
• Resolves guest complaints and increases guest retention
• Processes settlement methods and verifies team member banks
• Handles guest packages and posts charges in the system
• Assists with training and developing new team members
