Marketing Operations Rep - Loyalty- Seasonal

The Marketing Operations Representative will provide excellent guest service, enroll customers into loyalty card programs, and assist with event setup and execution. This is a seasonal, temporary position in Atlantic City, NJ.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED
• Ability to communicate with customers and team members in a clear and concise manner
• Superior customer service skills with the ability to manage difficult customer situations
• Ability to effectively communicate in English
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the casino/hotel areas
• Must be able to lift at least 25lbs
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours
