Job Description
Ocado is a leading online grocery retailer seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer to join their North American team. This role involves reactive and planned engineering maintenance activities, mechanical handling equipment repair, and supporting a Shift Manager. The engineer will assist junior team members, monitor KPIs, and maintain machine reliability to optimize service for customers.
Requirements
- Associate's or Vocational degree in electrical or mechanical related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics, preferably in an automation environment.
- Knowledge of controls, faults analysis, and preventative maintenance.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of automation hardware/software.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
