Job Description
The Market Medical Director is a full-time, exempt position that reports to the Vice President of Clinical Operations. The position is responsible for clinical leadership, hospital relationships, and business development support. The ideal candidate will have experience as an OBHG hospitalist, a board certification in Ob/Gyn, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Collaborate with OBHG DOO and VPCO to ensure all clinical aspects of new programs are being handled in a consistent, timely, and responsive manner
- Oversee the delivery of clinical services at all assigned hospitals
- Communicate and enforce clinical policies, procedures, and expectations at all assigned programs
