The Director of Operations will be responsible for the operational performance, client account management, and overall management oversight of OBHG's hospitalist programs within their assigned geographic area of responsibility.
Requirements
- Builds, develops and manages operational relationships
- Supports the customer onboarding team
- Establishes and/or confirms hospital partner goals and performance objectives
- Leads and coordinates support services and management resources
- Oversees hospital contract
- Facilitates OSA billing questions
- Collaborates with the customer onboarding team
- Promotes and ensures delivery of the OBHG unique value proposition
- Identifies areas for improvement and creates proposals for new business and expansion
- Leads contract renewal negotiations
- Works with Marketing departments and community physicians
- Evaluates operational issues and shares findings with the Vice President of Operations
