nVent Global Account Manager

We're looking for a Global Account Manager to join nVent and lead complex, multinational OEM accounts. The role will involve building and strengthening executive-level relationships, driving alignment across business units, and developing account strategies to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Global Account Manager or similar role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• MBA or advanced business education preferred
• Demonstrated ability to develop executive relationships and influence at the C-suite level
• Consistent track record of orchestrating cross-functional teams and driving organizational alignment
• Deep understanding of global account governance, supplier evaluation processes, and strategic partnership models
• Outstanding critical thinking and communication skills
• Experience working in a matrix organization and with CRM tools
• Ability to work 100% from a remote office and travel on average 50% of the time
