Analytics Lead – Global Talent Supply Chain

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business analytics, with at least 5 years in Talent Acquisition or HR analytics
• Proven experience working in a global, matrixed organization with cross-regional collaboration
• Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and Excel
• Strong understanding of ATS and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
