Senior Specialist – Sales Performance Reporting & Analytics

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in sales reporting, analytics, or operations within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 IT services organization.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar large-scale CRM platforms.
• Exposure to Python, R, or Alteryx is a plus.
• Skilled in interpreting complex datasets and converting them into strategic business insights.
• Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
