Job Description
NTT DATA is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join their IT Support team on client site in Hamburg-Hammerbrook (+ occasional travel to Lübeck and Manchester). The role involves ensuring stability, reliability, and quality of service, managing escalations, and driving performance through SLAs and KPIs. This position offers an opportunity to lead and manage a growing team in Germany.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in IT Service delivery & operations, preferably in managed services or outsourcing
- Strong ITIL & Service Management knowledge
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- Proven leadership with cross-functional, multi-location teams
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in German and English
