NSF is seeking a Global Sales Director to lead the Food Service North America sales team and oversee matrix reporting for international markets. The role is responsible for delivering the global sales target, managing and influencing teams, developing and executing global sales strategies, expanding client relationships, and driving business growth.
Requirements
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for North America and Global markets
- Expand client base and drive new business development within Food Service
- Develop and implement sales strategies and goals within Food Service
- Lead, coach, and develop sales teams to meet objectives
- Track key performance indicators and drive accountability at a global scale
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational goals
- Provide input on sales planning, quotas, and incentive programs
- Oversee CRM operations and sales technology
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and processes
- Conduct sales reporting, forecasting, and analysis
