Enterprise Account Executive (Dubai)

Novisto is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join their growing team in the Dubai Hub. The role involves needs assessment, demonstration of value, collaboration with stakeholders, client development, proposal writing, and delivery of solutions. This position focuses on building new relationships and securing Enterprise/Corporate clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Sustainability, or 6 years of experience in software/SAAS sales.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience selling software at Enterprise level.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and active listening.
• German language proficiency.
• Fluency in French and Arabic are an asset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Self-driven and results-oriented.
• Motivation to develop a new market
• Experience with ESG or sustainability (an asset)
