Job Description
Novarad is seeking a highly motivated Technical Account Manager - Spanish speaking to manage technical relationships with healthcare executives, clinicians, and IT professionals. This role involves providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing solutions to meet client needs. The position is an onsite position at their Provo, Utah corporate offices.
Requirements
- Native level Spanish proficiency
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management role, Healthcare IT, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with healthcare account management and customer retention
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
