Requirements
- 2 years or more experience in a professional work environment as Help Desk Technician in a complex, multi-user environment or similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with others.
- Resourceful, proactive in problem solving and stress tolerant.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Capacity to work autonomously in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Outstanding team player who exemplifies NS vision, mission, and values.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in Windows and MAC OS and tools.
