Job Description
We are looking for an entry level IT Help Desk Technician to work onsite at our healthcare client location in Waconia, Minnesota. The IT Help Desk Technician will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance and provide solutions to basic technical issues.
Requirements
- IT degree from a technical school (or equivalent experience)
- Technical knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
