Job Description
AMI is seeking a customer-focused IT Help Desk Support Technician to join the team! The IT Team at AMI provides exceptional customer service and plays a critical role in ensuring a positive patient, provider, and employee experience.
Requirements
- Perform Help Desk support
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with end users
- Function as first line support for all software and hardware
- Develop working knowledge of clinical applications
- Perform daily maintenance of network services
- Perform multiple projects simultaneously
- General use of Active Directory
- Support printer and fax installation and troubleshoot issues
- Assist in the coordination of field installations and upgrade initiatives
