Job Description
Northwestern Nazarene University is seeking a CRM Systems Manager for its Admissions Technologies team, responsible for the Slate CRM platform. The role involves system maintenance, data management, web portal development, documentation, and collaboration with stakeholders. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Director of Admissions Technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- One to Two (1-2) years of experience with a CRM system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
